A focused first system takes 5-7 days. A working setup with extended logic takes 7-10 days. Complex projects with CRM integration and several scenarios take up to 14 days.
Do we need to replace our current tools?
No. The system connects to the channels and tools you already run. If you already have a CRM or a bot, that shortens the project instead of complicating it.
Can you maintain the system after launch?
Yes. After launch we monitor real conversations, tune the logic against them and extend the system as new scenarios appear.
How much does an AI automation project cost?
Price depends on the conversation logic, the number of scenarios, the channels and the integrations. We scope it on the first call and quote a fixed figure, with payment split 50% at start and 50% at launch.
